This is why our recruiting and hiring process is a bit unorthodox. Instead of posting detailed job descriptions, in phase one, we invite anyone interested in joining our team or looking for their next career opportunity to complete our asynchronous “video” application.
After we review your application, if we think you might be a good fit (immediately or in the future), we’ll send you a quick 10-minute assessment. After you complete our assessment, we’ll review your results, invite you to interview with our leadership team over Zoom, and present you with a job description.
After the first year, employees receive a share each quarter of the profits.

Depending on your role, expect to work between 15 to 29 each week.
