This is why our recruiting and hiring process is a bit unorthodox. Instead of posting job titles and descriptions, in phase one, we invite anyone interested in joining our team or looking for their next career opportunity to complete our asynchronous “video” application.
After we review your application, if we think you might be a good fit (immediately or in the future), we’ll send you a quick 10-minute assessment. After you complete our assessment, we’ll review your results, invite you to interview with our leadership team over Zoom, and present you with a job description.
